4. Fees and Payment

Payment for Services is due as specified in the agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.

5. Details of the Price Lock Guarantee:

Subscribers:
By subscribing to a prepaid subscription model, you secure your pricing for all services included in the subscription indefinitely. Your locked-in rates will not increase for as long as your subscription remains active.
Cancellation Policy:
If your subscription is canceled and you later decide to re-subscribe, your pricing will adjust to the most current listed rates at the time of re-enrollment.

6. Confidentiality

We will maintain the confidentiality of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, we may disclose your information if required by law or if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

11. Cancellation and Termination of Engagement

This engagement may be terminated by either party with written notice. (see below)
For subscription-based or Prepaid services in advance, A prorated refund may be issued, less the greater of either 25% of the subscription fee or the cost of any billable in-progress work outside the original scope.
No refunds will be provided for completed preparations, filings, or billable services.
